Ingredients
- 500g (4 cups) Bread flour
- 375g (1½ cups + 2 tbsp) Warm water 100-110°F
- 60g (¼ cup) Olive oil plus more for pan
- 10g (2 tsp) Sugar
- 10g (2 tsp) Salt
- 7g (2¼ tsp) Instant yeast
- 3 tbsp (3 tbsp) Fresh rosemary chopped
- 4 cloves (4 cloves) Garlic sliced thin
- 1 tsp (1 tsp) Flaky sea salt for topping

Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast. Add water and olive oil. Mix until shaggy dough.

Let rest covered 10 minutes. Knead or fold until smooth.

Place in oiled bowl. Rise 1.5-2 hours until doubled.

Pour 3 tbsp olive oil into sheet pan. Transfer dough, stretch to edges.

If dough resists, let rest 10 minutes and stretch again.

Dimple entire surface with fingertips. Drizzle more olive oil.

Top with rosemary, garlic, flaky salt. Let rise 30-45 minutes.

Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy underneath.
